Summary –  Overlook at Southpointe is a 9-phase residential housing development located on a ridge off of Southpointe Boulevard. AEI recently turned over the fourth phase to Ryan Homes and has started making headway on the fifth phase.  Additional photos and content forthcoming, please check back!
