As with Laborers or Operators, it’s important to note that Foremen are “working” foremen. They not only execute layout, but ensure installed materials are both correct, and fault free. Clients enjoy the opportunity to speak with our Foremen, as these are the people directly involved in hands-on, day-to-day site activity. Therefore, Foremen should possess, develop, and retain excellent field and interpersonal communication skills.

AEI strives to attract and retain a diverse team of qualified people, and as a family-oriented company, our focus is meeting both professional and personal needs. As an equal-opportunity employer, we don’t discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race, religion, nation origin, color, or veteran status.
