We’re seeking Laborors and Heavy Equipment Operators to guide our expanding CAT fleet.  Individuals should be safety oriented; operate with integrity; be driven to succeed; and must be able to effectively communicate within a team.  Experience in site excavation, grading, main-line utility trenching/installation, and GPS excavation knowledge is preferred.

Work schedules are dependent upon project size, scope, meteorological conditions, and deadline.  Typical Laborers, Operators and Foreman work at least 40 hours per week.  Shift work is run only on an as-needed basis, and if necessary, paid accommodations for out-of-town site development are provided.
