AEI’s Services – Erosion control, earth moving, four retention ponds, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water lines.
East Resources employed our expertise to assist in the development of Thorn Hill Industrial Park. We cut out a hillside and carried the dirt to a fill-site across the street. We then developed the cut-site into a building pad and installed waterline, storm sewer, and a parking lot. Our close working relationship with East Resources helped the job move along to in a timely manner and be completed to their satisfaction.
First Energy Substation

Keeping the lines of communication open with First Energy management, we were able to redevelop a piece of land into a substation to their complete satisfaction. First Experience expressed praise of our ability to maintain a clean, organized site and move efficiently toward completion of the project. This praise was backed up, too, as AEI has been invited to bid various other First Energy jobs. We plan on working with them again in the very near future.
MS Energy & Amega West
Project Size – 60,000 cubic yards earth moving

Owner – Douds
AEI Services – Erosion control, earth moving, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, waterline, and spread stone on all the lots.
The excellent working relationship we maintained with Douds led to the efficient completion of building pads for Amega West and Redmond Pipe Supplier. The open communication helped the project to proceed without disruption.
Ross Town Center Culvert Replacement
Project Size – Remove / Re-Install 120’ 72” Reinforced Concrete Pipe
Project Cost – $245,814
General Contractor – Civil and Environmental Consultants
Architect – Civil and Environmental Consultants
AEI Services – Sawcut existing asphalt, remove existing guide rail system, remove existing sign, replace the 72” pipe, asphalt, guide rails, and rehabilitate the remaining concrete pipe.
Civil and Environmental Consultants contracted AEI to replace 120 feet of one 72 inch reinforced concrete pipe under a McKnight Road intersection and rehabilitate the remaining length of the 72 inch pipe that extends through a parking lot. In addition to our work with them on this job, we are currently consulting with Civil and Environmental Consultants on another bid and look forward to continuing that relationship for years to come.
